Owner financing — also known as a land contract or contract for deed — allows Haeylo to act as the bank. We retain legal title to the property. The buyer holds equitable title and pays us monthly, covering all maintenance, taxes, and insurance. At month 60 our capital partner is fully repaid. We own the property free and clear while the buyer's note continues indefinitely. The result is a self-funding, compounding portfolio built without a bank loan in sight.
